tell us what you're building and where it's slow, fragile, or stuck: the system, the language or chain, roughly how big, and what "done" looks like. that's enough for us to tell you if we're a fit. the engineers who would do the work read the mail themselves, so the reply is a straight answer: what we would look at first, what we would measure, or why we are the wrong people for it. from there it is a call about constraints and failure modes, not a form.
